CTO & Software Engineer — I lead engineering teams and build the systems they ship: React, TypeScript, Node.js and Go at the core, with event-driven architecture, real-time data and a habit of learning whatever the problem demands — from Web3 on Solana to machine learning.

01 · Mission profile

Drawn to the problems
other people route around.

For over six years I've shipped software end to end — from database schema to pixel — and grown from engineer to CTO: today I own the technical direction, the architecture decisions and the people who execute them.

My home base is Carga Online Tecnologia, a logistics-tech company where the problems are the fun kind: real-time tracking at scale, multi-step freight workflows, heavy third-party integrations and a data volume that punishes lazy architecture.

What defines me isn't a single stack — it's velocity of learning. When a project needed blockchain, I went deep into Solana's TypeScript stack and shipped Web3 in production. When it needed intelligence, I studied machine learning and AI and built working models. New territory is the part of the job I look forward to.

CTO

Carga Online Tecnologia — logistics platform

Own the technology strategy and lead engineering on a full freight platform — quotation, real-time cargo tracking and document management — built with React, Node.js and PostgreSQL, handling massive data volumes with REST + WebSocket for live updates.

Architected the company's move toward event-driven microservices, including a telemetry service that ingests truck data from third parties, normalizes it through queue-based orchestration with circuit breakers and Redis state, and feeds a driver-efficiency gamification engine — designed to expand into cargo scheduling without a rewrite.

Blockchain Engineering

Solana Foundation ecosystem

Delivered Web3 work within the Solana ecosystem, built in TypeScript — on-chain integrations, wallets and tokens through Solana's web toolchain. Picked up the domain from zero to shipped, a pattern that repeats across my career: new territory, short ramp-up, production code.

Government Platforms

Paraná State Dept. of Education · State Dept. of Economy

Built software for two government bodies — including the Paraná State Department of Education, serving one of Brazil's largest public school networks. Public-sector work means strict requirements, demanding stakeholders and zero tolerance for downtime — exactly the environment where requirement gathering and clear communication decide whether a project survives.

Engineering Leadership & Delivery

Process · people · quality

Run sprint planning and delivery tracking, define engineering KPIs beyond task counts (cross-referencing tasks with branches, commits and diff stats), and keep CI/CD pipelines and branch conventions healthy across multiple repositories.

Rockets don't fly
on engines alone.

RQ

Requirements & Discovery

I sit with clients and stakeholders to extract what they actually need — not what they first ask for — and translate it into specs, flows and acceptance criteria engineers can build against.

FL

Flows & Process Design

From product flows to delivery pipelines: I design the workflows, sprint structure and branch conventions that let a team ship predictably instead of heroically.

TM

Team Leadership

Mentoring developers, running code review, resolving conflict into alignment. A team that trusts its lead moves faster than any framework — building that trust is part of my job description.

Rapid Adaptation

Seven-plus languages across web, mobile, blockchain and ML — not collected for sport, but because each project demanded a new one and I delivered anyway. Hard, unfamiliar problems are what I signed up for.

USP / ESALQ — University of São Paulo

Postgraduate engineering education at Latin America's top-ranked university — a curriculum that mirrors what I already practice as CTO and sharpens it with academic rigor, from low-level architecture decisions to leading teams through change.

The universe is expanding.
So is my next challenge.

Available for remote and international opportunities — technical leadership, full-stack engineering, or the kind of problem nobody has solved yet. Those are my favorite.
