Own the technology strategy and lead engineering on a full freight platform —
quotation, real-time cargo tracking and document management — built with React,
Node.js and PostgreSQL, handling massive data volumes with REST + WebSocket for live updates.
Architected the company's move toward event-driven microservices, including a
telemetry service that ingests truck data from third parties, normalizes it through
queue-based orchestration with circuit breakers and Redis state, and feeds a
driver-efficiency gamification engine — designed to expand into cargo scheduling without a rewrite.

Education, serving one of Brazil's largest public school networks. Public-sector work
means strict requirements, demanding stakeholders and zero tolerance for downtime —
exactly the environment where requirement gathering and clear communication decide
whether a project survives.
